The home is designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, beginning with a screened-in front porch complete with rocking chairs — the perfect spot to slow down and enjoy the coastal breeze. Inside, the main level features serene, beach-inspired interiors, a spacious living area with a 65" Smart TV, and a high-end kitchen with a 6-stool breakfast bar.

Gather around the 8-person dining table in the sunlit dining nook for meals together, or take your coffee or cocktails outside to the back screened-in porch, featuring a porch swing and Adirondack chairs.

The backyard is your own private oasis, featuring a private swimming pool, sand volleyball court, outdoor shower, and grilling area. Whether you're relaxing poolside, challenging the family to a game of volleyball, or grilling dinner outdoors, there's plenty of space to enjoy time together.

Upstairs, all four bedrooms and the laundry room provide a comfortable retreat at the end of the day. The primary suite features a king bed, desk, and private balcony with a bistro set overlooking the Gulf. A second king bedroom includes a private bath, while two additional bedrooms feature queen beds.

Bruno's Pizza brings its longstanding pizza tradition to the WindMark Beach community. Bruno's takes pride in using freshly made dough, homemade marinara, and carefully selected ingredients to create great-tasting pizza.

Fit as a Fiddle Gym offers lockers, showers, a weigh station, snack bar, classrooms, free weights, and a variety of machines for upper- and lower-body workouts. Classes and passes are available, and the gym is open to the public. Once you have a passcode, you can work out between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m.
