Perfect Location: My daughter and I picked this cottage because for years we had been visiting Mexico Beach and hadn't been there since Hurricane Michael devastated the area. The cottage was picture perfect, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well appointed, the fridge has an ice maker, and we found the beds very comfortable. We loved that it was so close to the beach also. Highly recommend!

No ocean view!! Putting up a big motel that block of your view of the ocean: There were a few broken items hidden in the cupboards, and I was disappointed that there was not an actual ocean view since they put in that new motel across the street

Home was as described and clean, also easy access to beach; however furniture not very comfortable and difficult to get up and down. Beds were hard. Probably not a problem for younger occupants with children but difficult for 3 seniors.

A hidden gem on the gulf coast. Away from shops and restaurants. It is off the beaten path so you can relax but right across the street from the beach! The perfect resting spot for vacation. The unit itself was spotlessly clean and well appointed with little things like extra ice trays to fill your cooler, lighters for the grill, all the dishes and utensils. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing spot on the gulf this is it. Oh and the perfect location to see the sunsets! Tell them Lee sent you and thank me later.

Great place, had all of the necessities for the beach, the house, etc. outside showerhead was great for cleaning up after the beach; walk to beach is just a block away, or you can drive if hauling kids and there was always plenty of parking. Nothing crazy or unexpected about the house.
