This place is perfect and the layout is so well thought out. A couple w kids, 2 couples, whatever your plan. Beach access practically right across the street. Beautiful unit and beautiful beach!!!! We are definitely coming back next year to do it again.

Location was perfection. I had the upstairs unit so I could hear guests downstairs during part of my stay. The balcony is amazing. Plenty of parking and even room to turn around which is great considering the highway is right there. Love the beachy modern decor. It is really a different experience when you rent from a company rather than a homeowner. There isn't anything personal about it and many times little extras that you would get from a homeowner, are missing. Things like coffee filters, kitchen sponge, laundry detergent and softener (especially considering a certain kind needs to be used for that washer/dryer.) I did have to call the hosting company a few times to ask questions. The first person I talked to was very patient and kind but when I talked with Amy, she seemed very impatient and annoyed. I was just one customer of 70 properties that she manages. Once she realized I was an actual customer at one of her houses, she softened a bit.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was so nice and had everything a person would need. The house was spotless! The views were absolutely stunning and very easy to see the ocean! There was a busy road right in front of the house, but that was known, even with that, the views were amazing of the ocean and the palm trees!! Easy check in!

Very nice and clean upstairs unit with a gorgeous beachfront view! Great location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is the beds are a bit uncomfortable and the coffee maker didn’t work. Still an overall great stay and would recommend!

Loved staying at Grand Coral 111 (upstairs unit) with an awesome view from inside living areas and huge porch! So bright and cheerfully decorated, very well stocked kitchen with all new items, open floor plan with large table plus extra seating at the kitchen island. The bedrooms were a nice size and the bathroom was amazing with a huge walk in shower. The beach access was right across the street and we enjoyed watching the sunsets each night from the porch on the very comfortable rockers! Sunshine vacation rentals customer service was excellent. We realized there wasn’t a blender and they brought one within 30 minutes! Super easy check in and check out too! Highly recommend using this rental company and this unit!
