This property was spotless, new & clean, beautifully decorated and the view of the Gulf waters from the inside, and outside front porch, were amazing! Plenty of parking in front of the house too.We stayed here for three nights (paid for four), but left a day early just because the gulf waters were muddy, windy, and did not make for good surf fishing.Some key things to know that we did not know when renting this beauty is: *No blow dryer, bring our own. *The fridge is not plumbed so there is no cold water, nor ice maker. They had two ice trays in the freezer. *There is a small 5 cup drip coffee maker. There were some filters in the cupboard, but bring your own coffee, creamers, sugars, etc….*There is salt and pepper shakers, If planning to cook, they do provide baking and cooking ware, but no Pam spray, nor paper goods such as foil, Saran Wrap, ziplock bags, etc.. bring you own…. No garbage disposal, and no liquid dish soap. *Bedrooms are nice, but if you have clothes to hang, bring hangers. No closets, but some space to be creative. Between the two bedrooms there were only 7 hangers. *Smart TV in living room has no local cable channels, or satellite. ***Only reasons we will probably not return is…my husband is 6’ and the toilet is not arranged to fit a tall or large person. His knees were almost against the facing wall. ***And we would’ve appreciated better communication from Sunshine Rental Company; answers to my questions were vague, or not even answered.

We had a fantastic stay at this rental in Mexico Beach, Florida. The property was spotless, well cared for, and offered an amazing beach view that made mornings and sunsets especially enjoyable. The location was perfect and conveniently close to Cape San Blas, Port St. Joe, and Panama City. VRS was outstanding to work with: very prompt with information and responses, and incredibly easy and professional throughout the entire process. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it.
