It’s a Wonderful Life is a great place for family. The game room was enjoyed by all ages. The kitchen is well furnished and the living/eating area is open and airy.
Having an outdoor shower is convenient after the beach. There are plenty of beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a few beach toys/activities supplies.
There are quite a few stairs up to the main living area & bathrooms (in case of mobility concerns).
We had a great stay and look forward to returning again.

A peaceful beach getaway without the crowds, it was easy to over look the seaweed on the beach which was seasonal in order to enjoy this escape for me and my family

The house literally is just steps from the public beach access to beautiful water and an incredible sunset. Im a native Floridian and I’ve seen some amazing sunsets!
The house was clean and modern with everything we needed for our stay. We brought our boat and had plenty of room to park it. We were conveniently only five miles from a nice boat ramp.
