Gorgeous property, lots of amenities in both kitchen and bathrooms. Convenient and easy access to beach. Various options for restaurants and shops. Our only complaint about this property is the locks on all the doors were difficult to work and the beds were extremely firm. Would stay at this location again despite these concerns.

This experience truly felt like a home away from home. Definitely not your typical rental. Thoughtful attention to quality and detail throughout, both in furnishings and amenities (including labeled kitchen cabinets/drawers and light switches). The kitchen was well-provisioned for those nights we wanted to cook and eat in. The outdoor shower and rinse station were nice touches to the end of our hot, sandy beach days. Will definitely stay here again!

An Amazing Airbnb that I would stay in again without a doubt! We were in another Airbnb that was awful and we had to change the first day of our trip and we were so fortunate to end up in this Airbnb! It completely turned our trip around! Amy was able to respond to my requests to book this Airbnb and arrive early and she started the process at 6am for us after being stuck one night in the awful Airbnb before. I would call that more than accommodating. The place is beautiful, clean, well decorated and has a well well stocked kitchen that was great for our family of 5. The porch swing and rocking chairs are an added bonus that we enjoy very much! The only thing I would mention is that they start you out with very minimal items to get you started. So if you’re traveling here for multiple days and are a family be prepared to buy household items or bring them along! I still believe if you book this place you won’t be disappointment! Close to the beach, great host and beautiful home!!!

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home for a long weekend with our grown children and grandson. The house is fairly new and it's beautiful. Each bedroom is very comfortable with its own full bath. The living room is spacious and very comfortable, but the best part of the this house is the huge kitchen and island. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need to cook and entertain. A lot of rental houses have cheap furnishing and appliances...not this rental! Everything was "top shelf", from the Bosh dishwasher to the stovetop and microwave, everything was perfect. We especially like the outdoor shower! Nothing better than coming back from the beach and taking a shower outdoors. Loved it!The location is ok. It's about a half mile ( 5 blocks) to the beach. We rented a street legal golf cart which worked out great. Easy drive to the beach. Beach is nice and not very crowded...we are use to 30A which has gotten so congested. It was nice to go to a beach that wasnt crowded.

Excellent Property a Short Walk from the Beach: This is a beautiful new property. It was a perfect size and location for three adult couples. We loved the large kitchen island, perfect for cooking together, as well as each bedroom having its own bathroom. Communication with the management team was easy; the team was responsive and lovely.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Our stay was incredibly comfortable from start to finish Amy and Pat were wonderfully helpful and attentive hosts. The house was immaculate beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for our relaxing getaway. It’s in a quiet neighborhood just two blocks from the beach.— perfect for peaceful mornings and evening walks. We loved it so much, we ended up staying an extra night because we just weren’t ready to leave. Highly recommended!
