This pull in lot is long enough to accommodate any size rig and has the hook ups as well. The lot sits on the Indian Pass Peninsula with hook ups for both 30 and 50 amp service, water, and sewer. There's plenty of room if you're pulling a vehicle or a boat; did we mention the boat landing is just a mile or so down the road?

Amazing, old school Florida feel.
We are absolutely in love with this site. Old school Florida feel, not crowded at all. The site is clean, has all the hookups, 30/50 amp, water and sewer. The picnic table is huge, it’s literally over 20ft long. The area around the picnic table is pure white soft sand. The driveway is solid and hard packed, so heavy vehicles need not worry. The beach is right there, just walk over the dunes and you’re in the gulf. The beach is also extremely dog friendly, has bag dispensers and trash cans etc. We can’t wait to go back, our favorite place ever.

Fantastic location!!!! We loved the stay on the beach and the town of Port St. Joe had cool shops and restaurants and extremely friendly people! I highly recommend this stay!

A Little Slice of Heaven
We absolutely loved this spot. It is located on a quiet street with very few people around. The neighbors were very kind. There was some construction noise but it did not bother us. It felt like we had the beach to ourselves. There is a general store and a beachy oyster bar restaurant within walking distance. We would 100% rent this spot again - and we likely will!

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful spot. Only thing on the wishlist would be that the "patio" area of the RV lot had a less sandy material, it was really hard to keep sand out of the RV when it rained because of how clingy the sand was. The driveway material was better than the sand. (Obviously the beach has sand but it would be nice to be able to walk around directly outside the RV and not track sand back into the RV)

Good place for a camping trip. Just what we were looking for. Not like at a crowded camping resort. Quiet, beautiful place. Easy to get to the beach, roomy. We will be back!

Location to the beach was wonderful!! We traveled with a toddler and being right next to the gulf was perfect. The sand trail to the gulf could be cut down a bit, but nothing major, just watch your step. Loved having different hook up options for the camper. Property was quiet. I would recommend this property to anyone that needs convenient access to the beautiful, almost secluded, beach!

Answer:

Like most properties in Indian Pass which is a beach that runs east and west (roughly), you can get a good view of the sunset (based on the time of the year) on the beach looking towards the west.  However from most properties you aren't able to see this without going down to the beach.

The images show a couple of spots for RVs. Do you rent both of them or does someone else own the other one? We need 2 spots. Thanks.

This particular lot is available for only one RV.  The adjacent lot is not part of this rental and separately owned.  If you are in need of two lots please check our other RV rental lots available.
