Pet friendly, clean, pool. I might have missed it in the details somewhere but we found out after booking we couldn’t park our boat in the driveway. Also no TVs in bedrooms. It’s nice to have some background light and noise when sleeping. Also a limit on thermostat adjustment. Other than that, very nice!

This is a very nice property. It was very clean and tastefully decorated when we stayed. It has a fenced back yard with sprinklers and grass. There was a beach buggy and chairs although we didn’t use them. It is a bit of a hike to the beach, but it is an easy walk with a sidewalk along the main road and a crosswalk straight across to a public beach entrance. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Property management sent us texts and emails, and information was available in the house. Little more communication was really necessary since we had no issues or outstanding questions. Recommended.

This property is very clean and was plenty of room for 6 of us and our Shih Tzu’s. Great location and we loved that we could park off the road with easy beach access. This was our first trip to Mexico Beach and we loved everything about it. We definitely want to come back and will!! Thank you!!

The pictures of this location don't do it justice at all! This was the perfect getaway to a quiet community for a beachtown vacation with the family. The beach was accessible via a 10-minute walk. Check-in was easy. There was a small hiccup with housekeeping, which was promptly addressed. I appreciated the communication and promptness in fixing the issue. Great host! Will definitely be back.

This place was perfect. Dog friendly. Privacy fence in the back yard. Everything was clean. There were 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, some sand toys, and a beach cart. Community pool. There is only one TV, in the living room area, but we didnt mind. Plenty of activities to do in the area. We will be back!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beach condo! It was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and tucked away in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. We also really enjoyed the pool, which was clean and never too crowded. A great spot to unwind after a day in the sun. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient beach stay!

Great stay!: Wonderful vacation spot! Five minute walk to the beach, two minute bike ride! Quiet neighborhood. We rented bikes and had plenty of places to ride. The home was super comfortable and clean! Beds were very comfortable, and the couches in the den were great for relaxing! Super clean kitchen, great for cooking meals… Nice back porch with boogie boards and chairs for use at the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

5 min walk to beach, community pool was always packed and small. Wagon and chairs provided! Nice home, two stories with steep stair case. Good size bed rooms. Plenty of towels and linens . Only TV is in the living room, fyi. Master bathroom had poor water pressure. Good size kitchen and laundry room. Cleanliness I would give a 4 star due to dirty drinking glasses, food pieces on kitchen floor. Quiet neighborhood. Overall 4.5 stars

Ocean's Heaven- A really nice rental!: This house was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It even had some unexpected extras! The front and back porches were a nice bonus. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The beach was a minute drive away, the pool was also very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. The downside..... The bedrooms were all upstairs, which was fine with me but if you're older or have bad knees this might not be the house for you. The only issue we had was the ice maker did not make enough ice. The fridge is new, it likely needs a setting adjusted.

This house truly was immaculate! It was also bigger than it seemed in the pictures. I loved the tall ceilings. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook all our meals there. I appreciated all the 'starter supplies' like toilet paper, laundry soap and dishwasher soap, just to name a few. The beach wagon was amazing and we left our own wagon packed up and unused for the week! There was plenty of parking near the beach, but we also walked a few times. Though the community pool was a little small if we had to share, it was common to be the only one using it. It was a really great vacation, thank you!

Wonderful place for a family getaway. Beaches are within walking distance. Definitely hit up the piggly wiggly in Port Saint Joe or a grocery store in PC Beach before arriving. Not too many options In Mexico Beach for groceries.
