Paradise Found

Windmark is a great, very calm and quiet community. Really appreciated the quiet hours with our littles. Perfect for families. Really enjoyed the calm beaches, lots of shells, small fish and crabs to hunt for. Good sunsets. Very nice pool area. The boardwalk system was amazing, making the area very walkable. However, we were glad Paradise Found included the large golf cart for very small fee to help transport our crew and all the beach gear around. The town center was nice for pizza and ice cream. Appreciated all the rental's indoor games as we had a couple rain days during our week stay. Very convenient rental location. The kitchen wasn't as well equipped as some other rentals we've stayed at, but, we cooked & grilled just fine for 6 with the basics they had. Not the cleanest rental we've stayed at; but, above average for a beach house. AC was great, beds were comfortable, towels and linens were clean. Would recommend and we will return to the Windmark community again.

Very nice newer house. Only a 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach. The Windmark beach is a private community beach that you are part of with your rental. There are packing spots all over the beach for your golf cart. Golf cart required for a beach vacation. It's super handy having the shops in Windmark beach that you can drive your cart to. St Joe is the closest retail centers. It's only a 5-10 minute drive. We went fishing each day, swimming at the beach each day, and went back in the evenings too. Great relaxing, low key, and low stress vacation rental.

Beautiful house. The check in code provided didn’t work but called and they quickly provided a new code. Really cool neighbor. The pool was closed the last 2 days which was a bummer but outside of the properties control.

Property was clean, good. Amenities provided were very convenient and felt easy and relaxed at home. Kids loved the arcade games provided at home and was a nice private beach!! Loved it!!

The home and community was lovely and family friendly. Plenty of room for our group of 13. Having a golf cart to use was a big plus however the bicycle tires on all bikes was flat and there was not a tire pump on the property to fill them up. As far as cleanliness, the house was in great shape other than the floor in the main area hadn't been mopped. Our granddaughters feet was black after a few minutes of running through the house. The patio area table hadn't been cleaned and patio was not swept. The golf cart was covered in sand from the previous renters use. I did contact the property manager and they offered to come clean but we had already wiped the golf cart and patio down ourselves. Other than that, the house was great, the beach was great and we had a wonderful time spending time with our family.

The Location was great and 6 seater street safe golf cart was awesome! We had plenty of beach items to pick from and used the cornhole on the beach while watching the sunset. There was plenty of space and all the comforts from home. The “subdivision downtown area“ within the complex was nice with ice cream shop and coffee shop and restaurants. The check-in was slightly different than normal Airbnb‘s. I’ve stayed in requiring a separate portal to get all your codes and such, so make sure to get access into the portal which is through an email link they send you.
We did a horseback riding trail on the beach ($90pp), fishing, axe throwing in Panama city, climbed lighthouses, and plenty board games and puzzle!
Would stay again!
I wish they did supply more than one roll of paper towel and toilet paper and trash bags or supply at least 1-2 coffee filters for the coffee. I would’ve brought all of these things from home since the local Piggly Wiggly is way overpriced and Walmart is 1hr away.

The phone number I had to call about any questions about the property a representative picked up right away and answered my questions and was very helpful. The beach was beautiful and the property was very nice. There is a pool, a couple restaurants and stores right there which was great, you could walk to them. The restaurants and stores in the surrounding area closed early.

“This was our first visit to Port St. Joe. Our family was very impressed with this home. It is very expansive and allowed everyone to have their own space. Our children and grandchildren loved having the multiple games to play. The scenic rides around Windmark in the golf cart were awesome. So much is offered at this home that we never had a dull moment. The house is so spacious, relaxing, and comfortable that we had a hard time leaving it to explore the town.”

Great location. House was nice. Loved having the golf cart. I wish the house offered a few more standards such as; salt and pepper, sugar, cooking spray. These are thing we usually have at other Air B&Bs

The house was set up very well. The golf cart for 6 was a hit with everyone. The gaming area and second living area with an additional kitchen was so helpful with having visitors come hang out and to cook for everyone. We will definitely rent this house again.

We loved our stay, the house was very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen was stocked with all the tools needed for cooking. We used the golf cart to ride all over the community where there are good restaurants, a convenient store, liquor store, gym, ice cream and more. You are able to ride close to the boardwalks and beach, where you can park and go onto the beach area. They had live music outside in the evenings. The pool was nice and a good size. The sunsets in St Joseph Bay are beautiful. This was a nice, safe, quiet community, great for families and people of any age. Port St Joe is about 3.5 miles away and we drove down to Apalachicola Bay and had an awesome fishing trip.

This home is in great shape, has tons of room, and is well appointed. The community has a good bit of construction going on but it is really not problematic at all - you rarely encounter it. The small downtown area and the beach are super charming - but I think what hit us most was how nice everyone is in the area. Despite being a very planned community the people we encountered all give off that great relaxed beach vibe. And the owners set the tone by having a bottle of wine waiting on arrival!

It was a beautiful house with everything in place…the only complaint I have is that the trash bins at curb were closed to being full and someone placed the property corn hole equipment against the house on the last night. We have no idea where they came from.
There was lots of room for all of our family and we had a great time!

My family and my sisters family stayed here and it was last minute because our air b&b fell through and Pristine Properties helped us in a time of panic. It was more than we expected from the golf cart hauling our crew the bikes and the paddle board! The arcade games helped tremendously. No kid ever went “board.” We had 3 (14yo) with us, 4 kids 5&under and a baby. The extra little attached apartment was a nice quaint space. The only issue is the 2 big tvs kept disconnecting from the internet but honestly we never “missed” it. I would recommend bringing toilet paper, dishwasher soap and paper towels. We cooked every night so the dishwasher was used often with our large crew. The space was perfect. For our first time somewhere other than PCB this place was fantastic. beach was never crowded and the pool was nice. Our family mostly did the beach late afternoon and we’d stay until 7ish. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return! Thank you to the owners and pristine properties from the Garcia and The Pitman family from Georgia
