As soon as you turn into the property with its conveniently pavered driveway, its spacious, shaded, and grassy yards, surrounded in front, to the side, and rear, by a natural, wooded area, you will know you have certainly arrived. What better place to enjoy the peace and quiet that St. Joe Beach has to offer? After spending your days frolicking on our beaches of sugar white sands, gentle tides, and the usual small crowds, you will agree that this is the perfect vacation home for your whole family. And when you are ready for some fun times away from the sun and sand, slip into the privacy of a beautifully fenced-in backyard and either jump into the refreshing pool or simply enjoy the pleasures of relaxing in comfy poolside chairs. The spacious yard offers ample room for a game of flag football or a barbeque or seafood cookout with family and friends for the more adventurous. For those who prefer a good book or a favorite musical artist, there are decks a plenty to simply sit back and enjoy. Large decks stretch the width of both levels, each with its own outdoor dining space, offering great views of St. Joe Beach.
