This roomy Gulf-front home has 4 bedrooms, a loft with sleeping capacity. Also included in this beach house are 3 baths, ceiling fans, 3 large TVs, a Bose stereo with w/multi-disc CD, 3 DVDs, and 3 VCRs. Open kitchen with new large side-by-side fridge (water/ice in door). Dishwasher, Microwave, Blender, lots of accessories! Washer/Dryer, telescope for stargazing, excellent floor plan features a large gathering room/dining area, private boardwalk to beach, outside shower, outside grill area with large benches for seafood gatherings, and fish cleaning station.

Stunning views from virtually every room! Watch rolling dolphins, graceful gliding pelicans, and showering schools of baitfish from the large sundeck, upper balcony for upstairs bedrooms offer a fantastic view! You will love this outstanding beach home!!

A lovely house, the location is just breathtaking. Wonderful sunsets every night. Very quiet and relaxed. There are a couple things in the house that need repair and a little tlc but overall its been great. the kitchen is very well equipped, and the beds were super comfortable, we all slept so well. great place! We stayed at the Pelican in mid-September for a week. The only thing lacking was a covered deck; otherwise, the house was inviting and comfortable and the nearly non-existent walk to the beach was perfect. We enjoyed sunsets right off our back deck and watched dolphins going by. The water was warm and mostly clear. This is a great property.

I'm sorry to hear you encountered roaches. Hopefully these were seen outside and weren't found inside the house as we have monthly pest control service but can get them back out at any point if issues are found. We are glad that you like the location and privacy and hope to see you return.

We have been coming to the Cape every spring break for twenty-two years and have stayed in multiple houses up and down the Cape from several different rental companies. We always have a fabulous time regardless of the housing conditions as our family loves all the amenities the beach has to offer. However, our family has grown and we now need a full four bedrooms plus. This property does not meet that need due to the condition of the first floor. Also, when that heavy rain and wind came Saturday morning the slider door by the kitchen leaked like a sieve.

This was the second time I have rented this house within the past five months. Pelican is a good house on a fantastic beach! The location is wonderful, great views of the water and sunsets right on the beach! The beds and furniture were comfortable and well equipped. It was nice to have the new deck with more furniture as the weather was so good we spent most of our time there.

Pelican is located on a beautiful spot on the Gulf. We loved being on the water and seeing some amazing sunsets. The house was comfortable, with the bedrooms and baths being updated, however the kitchen is very outdated. The refrigerator would not make ice and all the appliances could use upgrades. The outdoor furniture is also very old and not very comfortable. The downstairs apartment was unusable to us. I could not ask anyone to stay there because it is very rustic and smells like a mixture of chemicals and mildew. That was disappointing and I feel like the price was too high considering I could not use that space.

Thank you for your feedback on the property. Both the Refrigerator and Dishwasher were just replaced after this reservation. The oven was replaced just prior to the Summer season.

June 2018 stay

Enjoyed our stay very much. Very spacious interior. Loved that every bedroom had ocean view. Would be the perfect location if part of the deck was covered more or screened in. Could tell the stairs had been replaced........while the rest of the deck could use some work/paint or stain as well. But overall....nice.
