Absolutely a perfect beach home for a relaxing get-away! Close enough to the beach and in an easy distance to the shops of MB but just enough distance away to relax and enjoy a slow pace! My family and I had a wonderful time at the pink flamingo. The house was very nice, spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. Nice big table for eating or playing games. Our dog loved having space to run around in the fenced in yard. We enjoyed laying out by the pool, the short trip to the beach and the amazing sunsets.

We love the Pink Flamingo! Property is as listed, super clean and has everything you need. Community was quiet and perfect for our family. Beach was a short walk away - a wagon was available to use which made it even easier. We rented bikes and took them everywhere. Will definitely be back. Amy's place was very clean and very roomy. the fenced in backyard was a plus for my dogs. The front porch offered us very nice breezes to be able to hang out and sit in the rocking chairs and watch the sunset.

Pink Flamingo is a cute house in a great location. The flamingo theme was fun and colorful, and I especially liked the lamps in the main bedroom. We had a very nice 3-night getaway and having a nice, comfortable place to return to, and community pool to visit, when we got home each day was just right.

We enjoyed our stay! It is a very quiet & nice neighborhood. Renting a golf cart made it super easy & fun to get around town & to the beach. It is a two/three minute drive from the house to the beach via golf cart. The fenced backyard is a plus if traveling with pets! The house was very spacious & clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Pictures and description reflect exactly what you get when you arrive. It was even mentioned possible construction in the area which there happened to be a house across the street being built. Since we were in and out, it didn’t affect us at all. Internet went out for a day/overnight which was a bummer(when working remote) but I think that was a service related issue. Location of the public access beach was a minute away and they have clean bathrooms which we liked. Amy was great to correspond with tho that was minimal since we had everything we needed. Kitchen was very nicely stocked, king bed in the primary was comfortable (the only one used). A long mirror would have been beneficial for us short girls. Overall this was a very nice house with a fenced yard that allowed pets, in a very nice small neighborhood, with a nice little community pool.

The house and golf cart were great. I would recommend more kitchen towels and a dish drying rack or mat. More clothes hangers in the master closet would be nice. The electrical outlet in the master bath could not be used with some hair dryers because it is recessed. Other than those small items the house was clean and had everything we needed. The close proximity to the pool and beach was amazing. I will recommend this house and rental company to others!

Spring break, rescheduled to this quiet, clean, new house near the beach: Head spring break scheduled in Panama City Beach. Unfortunately the condo association there decided to start construction early. So we had to make a last-minute reschedule. Found this property. It's about a quarter mile from the beach. New house, everything was super clean. Had almost everything we needed. Very few Complaints or concerns. Just a few little things that would make the stay better. Did contact the management company and they weren't too helpful. And the last day as we were packing up, the owner came by as he cut the lawn himself. Frank was pretty cool while we talked.Except for the fact that he is an Ohio State and Auburn. Except for the fact that he is an Ohio State and Auburn fan… Boo. Love the area because as a result of the hurricane in 2018 everything here is brand new. Slow relaxed pace. No touristy stuff.

This place was perfect for my husband and I. This is probably the cleanest Airbnb I've ever rented. Literally, white glove clean. I couldn't find a fingerprint anywhere. So kudos to the cleaning crew. Very comfortable home with lots of amenities with plenty of beach gear to spend a great day at Mexico Beach. The beach is gorgeous and a short 10min walk. Crooked Island beach is a short 10min drive away and equally beautiful. We had a small issue in the kitchen that was dealt with lightening fast efficiency. Highly recommend this lovely home and look forward to returning.
