Port St. Joe blends small-town Southern character with easy access to some of the Gulf Coast's most beautiful natural landscapes. The historic downtown offers locally owned shops, galleries, and restaurants along Reid Avenue, where visitors can browse for art, antiques, and handmade goods before sitting down to a plate of fresh oysters or grilled grouper.

Nature lovers will find plenty to explore just outside of town. St. Joseph Peninsula State Park is consistently ranked among the best beaches in the country, featuring miles of undeveloped shoreline, coastal dunes, and pine flatwoods teeming with wildlife. The park's bay side is a top destination for scalloping in season, and its trails offer excellent birdwatching, especially during migration. Port St. Joe also serves as a convenient launching point for boat tours, offshore fishing charters, and paddling trips through the calm waters of St. Joseph Bay.

An absolutely wonderful experience! The hot water wasn’t working when we arrived, but they had someone out to fix it that day! The house is spacious and was the perfect size for our family. The house is a quick fix walk to the beach and an easy drive into port st Joe. The pool and the shops are windmark are also great. We definitely enjoyed our time!

House is very spacious. Open concept. Big bathrooms and bedrooms. Beautiful location and nice little walk to the beach, pool and shops. You won’t be disappointed. Family of 6 lived very comfortably during our stay.

This was a beautiful house in an absolutely perfect location. It was an easy 5 min walk out the back door and down the boardwalk to the beach. Even for spring break, the beach was very chill. We enjoyed all of the walking paths in the community and appreciated the bicycles and beach wagons in the garage. The home was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals in. Our only issue was an animal that had made a home in the walls of the house. It was nocturnal and very noisy in one of the bedrooms, so no one was able to sleep in that bedroom. I notified property management, and they are having some one come out to address the issue. All-in-all, this is a very nice home in a fantastic beachside neighborhood!

I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with this home, the neighborhood and the community. This home was new, clean and just beautiful. It was super convenient to the grocery store, shopping, the pool and most importantly direct access to the beach. We walked everywhere but the grocery store and seafood shop. The community was so clean and the people were very nice. We got freshly steamed peel and eat shrimp from the Shell Shack and it was absolutely delicious. Playing it Koi, was absolutely phenomenal and we will be back.
