The home was clean and accurately described. The kitchen was well stocked with most essentials, though a spatula was not provided. For the first couple of nights, there was no trash can, but two were later delivered. The door code occasionally required multiple attempts to work, and the luggage elevator was out of service during our stay. Additionally, the checkout instructions listed on the guest portal did not appear to be applicable. Overall, the property was very nice, in a great location close to the beach, and offered a beautiful view.

I’m sorry about the missing spatula — we’ve added one and will audit the kitchen sets so basics aren’t overlooked. Apologies for the initial lack of trash cans; the property was new and service was just established. I’m also sorry the door code was inconsistent and will check on that. However, the luggage elevator was out of service on purpose as it is not advertised nor provided for guest use.
