Great property. My family of 10 was so comfortable in this home. Having 2 livingroom areas was a blessing. Although having the big sectional couch in the in-law suite and a regular sized couch in the main house felt back wards. Having the extra beach equipment was a great help too. One complaint was there was not directions on where the pool was located and it took us a few days to find. (Hint: it is behind the business you have to drive through to get to the beach access.)But that little setback would not make us not want to stay here again. We had a great time and were completely comfortable!

We love the house layout and the screened in porch. It’s big enough for everyone to have their own space. The ping pong table was a hit with the kids. It’s a great location; had everything we needed and more. We would recommend it.

We really loved our stay! The mother in law suite was perfect for my older dad and mom, my niece and nephew loved the bunk beds. All furniture was comfortable, community pools were great, beach was a walkable easy distance. The windmark plaza was great too!

This was a great place for our group of 8. The house literally has EVERYTHING you need for a fun vacation from bikes, beach chairs, beach wagons, and sand toys. The kitchen lacked nothing. Even had storage containers for leftovers. It’s a short bike ride to get to Windmark Beach and a short drive to Mexico Beach. Def a great home for families.

We had a great trip to Windmark Beach. Sea Smile was a wonderful house that is located super close to the pool and beach access. A lot of good restaurants and we loved that it had an in law suite for my parents. They had beach chairs and carts to carry all the beach equipment. We will definitely book this house again!

Amazing Experience - 2nd Year Renter: This was our 2nd year staying at Sea Smile, and we chose to rent it for the 2nd year. Raise last year’s stay was so amazing. This year did not disappoint, either.The home is beautiful and inviting, and the subdivision is gorgeous with lots of amenities and beach access.The hostess is extremely accommodating and very responsive to special requests and goes above and beyond to assist with anything you need. We can’t wait to stay at Sea Smile again next year. It has definitely become our yearly vacation rental!

Nice Unit: We have stayed in Windmark several times. This model is the best suited for our needs as the mother in law suite is perfect for our daughter who is handicapped. The unit was well stocked and the bikes were in very good condition to ride. The only issue was our neighbor seemed to be having a family feud. With about 10 people in the house, I guess it was bound to happen.

Beautiful home and peaceful location! We loved riding bikes down to the private neighborhood shops, pool, and beach. We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy the beach and fishing with family, and it was exactly that. Not a lot of “thrilling” things to do in the area, but we weren’t looking for them either. We wanted quiet and relaxing, and it was exactly that.

We loved our stay here! The home is well appointed very well laid out and super spacious. The beds were all very comfortable and we had plenty of space for our family and Dog. We love that we were able to bring our dog with us. The home is immaculate and extremely clean. Every detail is thought of and we had everything we needed and more. The beach gear in the garage is so helpful, thoughtful and saved a ton of room in our car to not have to lug beach carts and chairs down. The neighborhood community is a lot of fun and we really enjoyed riding the bikes that are provided all around. The beach is so quiet and not crowded at all. We loved our stay!

Family vacation: Wonderful experience! Very clean and well stocked with anything and everything you could need. Only negatives: two of the bikes were damaged from previous tenants(I assume) and parking more than 2 cars is an issue. Other than that it was amazing!!

Sea Smile is a beautiful home in a wonderful location. We had a group of 10, 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 8-17). There was plenty of room for everyone. The MIL suite is great with traveling with 2 families as it provides extra privacy. The beds and linens are super comfortable and the house was spotless at check-in. It’s not too far of a walk from the main Windmark area or the beach. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed riding around on that. You can park your golf cart right next to one of the many beach access points which made it very convenient great location located just a quick drive to nearby Mexico Beach or a little farther to reach Cape San Blas.The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc, but if you don’t feel like cooking there are several restaurants close by. Would definitely recommend staying at Sea Smile!

Beautiful home: This home was beautiful, clean, & practically Brand new. The bikes supplied make a sunset bike ride gorgeous every night! Did not love the beach or the pool at the property- beach is small, not good water, lots of sticks, pool is not anywhere near big enough for the massive size of this neighborhood (no where to sit ever), but we drove 5 mins up the road to Mexico beach and it was perfect!

We had a wonderful day! The place was extremely clean! My only feedback would be that it would be nice to have a little vacuum, even a handheld vacuum that we could use during our stay to help keep things tidy. We did use the broom and dustpan but maybe more efficient with a little vacuum. House was very nice and comfy!

We had a wonderful day! The place was extremely clean!
