We enjoyed our three night stay at Sea Biscuit. It was a beautifully decorated condo/town house with a breathtaking view of the beach. Everything was so clean. It is In a perfect area near the coffee shop and ice cream shop with the beach just steps away. We enjoyed sitting on the two balconies. The host answered my questions in a timely manner and was very helpful. We had our grandson who is a toddler with us so we did need a baby gate to keep him off the stairs. I wished that the check out would have been at 10:00 CT instead of 9:00 CT which seems early. But overall we loved our stay there and would like to rent it again next year.

The condo was fabulous with excellent views and easy access to the beach. It is very tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and all the amenities one would need. Our party of 4 adults were very comfortable the entire stay. Amy quickly responded to the few needs I had. We would recommend and stay here again!

Such a beautiful location. Literally just steps to the beach. I have two little kids, so this made our vacation so much more easy. The house is absolutely beautiful and comes with everything that you need. The view from the kitchen is spectacular. Amy was super responsive and super easy to work with definitely will be back. This is our second time renting from her.🤍

Sea buiscut: The house was as described, almost the same distance either to Panama City and or to Port St Joe. Just wish Mexico Beach had some good sit down restaurants. The weather was nice and the views were awesome as well

We had a great stay at SeaBiscuit! It was freezing when we were there, but that’s not Amy’s fault ;) the house was so so nice and clean and even closer to the beach than we expected. It is 3 stories (beautiful views!) so keep that in mind if booking with elderly/handicap/babies — lotsssss of stairs. We had a great time and would def recommend for a peaceful getaway!

This condo was the perfect set up and location for our sister trip. We enjoyed the beach views from the balcony every morning with coffee. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms had everything we needed- although hand showers would make cleaning much easier. The kitchen also had everything we needed and the half bath on that level was a nice feature. There are a lot of stairs as other reviewers had mentioned but it was not a problem for us. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The beach itself was not crowded and the sunsets were amazing. We also loved being central for easy drives to Indian Pass Raw Bar and PCB. We would definitely come back to Mexico Beach and this condo!

This property is in a really good location of Mexico Beach with a beautiful view of the beach itself. We found it to be really clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed, though it would have been nice to have aluminum foil, Saran Wrap and sandwich bags available for leftovers from nearby restaurants that provide delicious and ample portions enough to bring some back to the condo. The only issues we had were not at all the fault of the property owners. Mexico Beach is still rebuilding after Hurricane Michael and there is a house very close by that is under construction so there was noise from that. The other instance was we forgot September is one of the seasons for love bugs to be out swarming. We wished we could sit outside more, but fortunately there is a window of time early in the morning and just before sundown where you can enjoy that beautiful view from the balcony by sitting actually out on the balcony. The rental agency was very easy and friendly to work with.

Seabiscuit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We found the pictures and descriptions of the property to be accurate. There is still a direct view of the ocean and beach, though that may (will) change with future construction. Mexico beach and the surrounding areas are both beautiful and charming. Our trip was planned after school started but before the Labor Day weekend. Often there was no one within 50 yards of us on the beach. Just what the doctor ordered. Rest and relaxation. We like to cook on our vacations and Seabiscuit generally had what we needed to do so. Pots and pans are mixed bag of mismatched cookware but that's normal in rental properties. It does have two things many properties do not. A stockpot and colander. I've gotten so used to these essentials being missing from various properties over the years I usually pack my own. There is a lot of Pyrex in a variety of sizes. I like the gas range. I gave the property a five star overall rating and I stand by that. Two things do need attention in my opinion. The blue sofa is worn out and needs to be replaced. It’s uncomfortable to sit on. The back bedrooms need drapes. The blinds cannot keep the early morning sun out of those two rooms. Both of these are easy fixes that can be taken care of quickly and with minimal expense. We greatly enjoyed our stay at Seabiscuit and cannot wait to return.

We had a great stay! The condo was decorated nice & modern, and the perfect size for our family of 5. The view was perfect and super close walk to the beach. We appreciated the beach essentials to make up for what we couldnt fit on our travels (extra chairs & sand toys). There was one towel and fitted sheet with a stain on them, and we wish since there were 2 trash cans that the replacement bags so kindly left wouldve been two as well. Those things were very miniscule compared to the wonderful stay we had.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with accessibility issues due to a lot of stairs and the hill that's now there in the sand on the way to the beach, but it was beautiful, very clean, and they had a good storage closet full of stuff to take to the beach. Amy was super responsive and friendly when I had questions.

Fun getaway: We loved Mexico Beach and SeaBiscuit was the perfect place for us to stay. Beautiful view and super close to the beach. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The bunk room is rather small but fine if you just need a place to sleep. Other bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Kitchen/Living area was open with a great view! We had a great time and would love to go back!

Location was excellent and the beach access was easy to navigate! The town home was furnished nicely and the beds were super comfy! All bedrooms are on the second floor which was great when it came to transporting luggage. Definitely recommend!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seabiscuit. The location was absolutely perfect. It is truly just steps from the beach. There aren’t many condos around, so we had plenty of space on the beach. Not crowded at all. The home was beautiful and very clean. As other reviews state, there are a lot of stairs, but that didn’t bother us. The bedroom with the bunk bed is pretty small but would be perfect for kids. The home was equipped with everything we needed, including beach supplies and board games. Amy was fantastic as a host. She was extremely responsive and was kind enough to allow us to check in early. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a perfect space for our mom’s getaway! Closer to the beach than the pics even made it seem! We wish we had brought our own chairs and umbrellas but were able to make do with what was there. Well appointed, clean, and comfortable. We are already planning our return!

Great Location: What a great place. A few steps from the beach, beautifully decorated and gorgeous rooms. Be aware that the area surrounding flips from CST to EST (Port St. Joe) I would definitely stay there again

Perfect location on the beach: I truly enjoyed the stay. The proximity to the beach was convenient/great. I would recommend bringing all of your kitchen specifics. I had to purchase a knife and a few other small things, but otherwise kitchen was stocked. The property was clean and quiet.

The Seabiscuit townhouse was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The view from the living room and deck is awesome. It has a carport, and back porch that made it convenient to store beach gear, fishing poles. Seabiscuit is close to Port St.Joe. We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit Seabiscuit again.

Very clean beautiful place, the only thing we didn’t enjoy was all of the steps. 2 flights to the first level with all of the bedrooms and another 2 flights to the kitchen and living room which was hard on my grandparents. The view was very nice and they have umbrellas,chairs toys and a wagon to move it all to the beach. The beds were very comfy and the showers were amazing.

We were looking for a quiet, relaxed getaway for our family. The Seabiscuit was perfect and exactly as described. We have no regrets and would absolutely recommend this unit to friends and family. The area was very quiet and peaceful and the beach was amazing. The home was very clean and well appointed. So happy that we found this place.

Beautiful place, convenient location, perfect amenities. Enjoyed the beach chairs with insulated zipper pockets and it was nice to have a Keurig coffee maker! Family enjoyed the games on the rainy days! Will definitely return!

The house is beautiful and in a great location. Very short walk to the beach, my 4 yr old didn’t mind it at all. Very clean and as described in the listing. Owner was very responsive to any questions I had. Great view of the ocean from all floors of the house. We will definitely stay here again. I will say, it wasn’t an issue for us, but there are a decent amount of stairs, so just be aware of that when booking. Highly recommend. A++ stay!!
