Everything was great. Exactly as described. Writhing walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops and just a few steps to the sand. 2nd time being a guest of Amy and it’s always smooth and everything expected. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Until next time Mexico Beach.

Our family and friends' vacation to Mexico Beach was exceptional. The unit exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Notably, it was impeccably clean, spacious, and merely a short walk from the beach. The property was fully equipped with an array of amenities, including beach toys, a beach wagon, a kayak, and more, catering to our every need for a enjoyable beach experience. However, I did encounter an issue with the sliding door track, which has a high threshold. Although a caution tape was present on the track, I strongly recommend installing a permanent warning sign at eye level on the sliding glass door. Unfortunately, the elevated track caused me to trip and injure my ankle upon entering the unit. Nevertheless, I would eagerly consider staying at this location again for future visits to Mexico Beach.

Perfect dog friendly rental. The townhouse was very clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and a very good washer and dryer. The view from both balconies was very nice. The beach wagon and supplies was convenient to have on hand. Easy walk to the beach down a road with hardly any traffic. We felt perfectly safe and at home. We got crab legs, fish, and shrimp from The Shell Shack, walked to Mango Marley's for a birthday dinner, and walked to get coffee in the morning. We didn't eat at Beach Bear Coastal but it is also close by and walkable. We also cooked some and everything was easy to do for our family. We really enjoyed our stay and we love Mexico Beach.

So close to the beach and great food!: We enjoyed our stay! We have 5 kids and there was plenty of room! The location is perfect. We were so close to the beach and enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Each morning we loved walking to grab coffee at Caribbean Coffee and dinner was great at Mango Marleys, right across the street! We will be back!

The view isn't as open as this picture shows, but we still enjoyed what we were able to see. The accommodations were lovely, simple and tastefully decorated. The only issue we had was with the manual can opener didn't work very well.

Gorgeous place, but the walk to the ocean was exhausting. Carport light was out the first 3 nights and the pull out couch bed had chewed sunflower seeds all over it. Also, every butter knife in the drawer was dirty. Just little things

Always a great stay at this location. There is enough parking for a boat, it’s a short walk to the beach, food is across the street, and a boat ramp is less than a mile away. We will be returning soon!

We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean. Nice being on beach side of Hwy 98. About 2 minute walk to get to sand. There was a beach wagon, tent, 5 beach chairs, umbrella, and some beach toys. Nice outdoor shower and water hose for washing off. We all slept well on beds. You can see the sunrise from the kitchen sink or front porch coming up over Mango Marley’s. You can see the ocean from den and the 2 back porches. The way the sun was setting in August, you could not see the sun setting from porch due to other houses blocking view, but we like watching it on the beach anyways. Not many people on beaches in mid-August, so that was nice. We would stay here again.

The house was exactly as the pictures showed. It was nice and clean and also nice that you could see the ocean from the balcony. Going to the beach is a short walk from the house and the house had beach chairs and etc there that you could use. There is a restaurant that we like to eat at when in the area right across the street within walking distance. Also a coffee shop and a few other shops within walking distance.

Perfect location: My husband and I stayed here for the week. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and well thought of touches. There were can koozies, extra beach chairs, towels, wagon, soaps etc. Our only complaint was the king size bed not comfortable so luckily we had the option of the queen bed which was more comfortable. We are use to our sleep number bed. All in all this was a great condo.

Place was great and super close to the beach. Beach was quiet. For those that bring dogs please note you can’t take the dogs out on the beach direct from the house. You have to take Gulf county or you could take them to the marina on Mexico Beach which is right up the road. They allow them there as well. Loved our stay!!

I recently stayed at a VRBO rental in Mexico Beach, FL and had a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic - I could easily walk over to Mango Marley's for dinner and enjoy the local cuisine. The property itself was very clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the attention to detail in keeping everything tidy. Amy, the property manager, was also very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. This was our first trip to Mexico Beach and our stay at Parks Place made it amazing! The condo was beautiful and everything was shiny and new! We could see the ocean from the porch and the sugary-sand beach was less than a 5 minute walk away! We loved the chairs, umbrella and beach wagon to carry everything in. The kayak was a fun thing to do when the ocean was calm. We would love to stay here again!!
