Just as described. Will add that there are three sets of stairs with two bedrooms up on top floor! Not ideal for small children. Absolutely beautiful views and the short walk to the beach was worth it all! Lots of extra things available with no need to pack such as beach toys, chairs, tent and even the cart! Turtle nested right in front of the condo! We will be back. You should book today!

We loved our stay and found everything comfortable inside Seagull 6. The beach view and short walk to beach were definitely the best apart about it! Only downfalls are the bedroom that faces the highway is a bit noisy at night and the steps coming in from outside can get a little wet and slippery which caused one person in our group to fall on the stairs(thankfully no injuries!). Would recommend and stay here again.

This was our first trip to the area and we will definitely be back. The place was wonderful. It was very clean, has quality finishes and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need to cook with. We were very pleasantly surprised by the beach supplies in the downstairs closet along with the beach cart to tote everything to and from. The beach is literally steps away and the sunsets are breathtaking. We fit our family of 5 very comfortably. We will definitely be renting Seagull 6 for next year as well!

Best room in the condo was the master bedroom- great views and comfortable bed / good layout / nice balcony / nice bathroom. Condo was clean and had big bedrooms. The living room furniture is very dated and it was hard to see out the balcony sliding glass doors to the water (main reason we booked the place) because there was moisture between the glass panes. We ended up not using the room much as a result. The kitchen was fine, but had to go to the grocery store when we arrived to get coffee and filters. Other Air BnB places we have stayed offered one mornings worth and a few snacks. There was no cable/local TV so just logged into my Netflix account. The beach in front of the condo is awesome!

Perfect location, Unit was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Some of the main level furnishings could use an update or refresh but what is there served the purpose for seating. The only real issues we had were with the property management company. The coffee pot did not work so we let them know right away. We were told they would bring one out the next day but that never happened. No coffee pot was actually a big deal for us because we start our day with 2-3 cups of coffee and getting up every morning and going out to get coffee was not exactly how we wanted to start off every day...but you do what you gotta do.

Perfect spot on the beach!: This house was honestly the best we’ve ever stayed in along the panhandle! Spacious, close to the water, and not crowded on the beach! The house is beautiful inside as well, and we loved the balconies/porches, especially the covered area underneath for when we had rain so we could still be outside! The only thing I’d mention is to maybe add some corner guards on the glass over the stove (vent hood) - a few of us kept hitting our heads when trying to work on the counter on either side of it. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Just steps away: Wow! This place was so clean and with all your high end appliances. Plenty of room for a family of five. The ocean is the closest I have ever stayed at any property. We will be back for sure!!

Wonderful beachside escape: This place had a wonderful location right on a beach with a very few crowds and a very short drive to downtown Port St Joe. There was just the two of us but there was ample space for us and many more! Would definitely stay here again!

Great beach location: Great location to a very quiet beach, literally 50 steps into the water. Outdoor area was decent just some of the units looked to be under a remodel and all of the trash was just sitting outside. Area has plenty of great food options. Inside unit was nice just not very large for more than four adults. Only real issue is the unit is right on the highway and traffic was loud, but didn't notice when we were on the beach!

We go to the beach every year and this is by far the best rental! The size was perfect for our family. We love a low key area and this was in the perfect spot! Nothing better than walking out the door straight into the beach!

Great beachfront location! We very much enjoyed our stay and view of the ocean! Amazing sunsets at night, as you are at just the right angle to see the sun go behind the ocean. One noise concern (as of June 2024), the unit immediately next door is under construction. The construction team had a decent amount of noise during the day. We were at the beach most of the day, thus it didn't bother us. However, if you intended to be out on the patios / first floor patio and outdoor grill area during the day, the noise would be bothersome.

Probably won't return to this Unit: We had an ant infestation in the unit and had to purchase ant traps/spray and spray everywhere in the unit, one of the sliding glass doors didn't work properly for us and came off track, but the manager came over asap and fixed it. Unit was not very clean upon arrival, crumbs under the furniture, hand and face prints on the sliding glass doors, dead bugs throughout the unit. Not able to access the "beach supply" closet. The furniture is the living room was uncomfortable, dated, faded and stained. The bathrooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Nice location on the beach, great walk out to the gulf. Wish the units had privacy screens between them on the ground floor. Need sliding screen doors instead of the cheap magnetic bug screens as they didn't keep bugs out very well. Note: Manager offered to refund us for the ant spray, but we declined as he came to fix the door within minutes of contacting, which we appreciated.

Beyond Expectations!: The photos do not do it justice! Everything seemed new from top to bottom and was exceptionally clean. You can tell that the owners really care, as they thought of everything their guests could possibly need or want. We loved the location and will definitely return again.
