Whether on vacation or a weekend beachgoer, R&R has everything for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, and relaxing by the shore. Fit as a Fiddle Gym: They have lockers, showers, a weigh station, a snack bar, two classrooms, lots of free weights, and other misc machines for the upper and lower body.
