Second Chance

My stay was phenomenal—I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place. It was ideal for a couple who appreciates having their own space, with plenty of room for clothes, shoes, and personal items. It would also be perfect for a small family or couples traveling together. The location was amazing. We loved being within walking distance to a coffee shop for morning walks, as well as a quick lunch or dinner spot like Mango Marley’s. It was also easy to explore other restaurants and visit the beach shop just five minutes down the road. Everything was conveniently close, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The beaches weren’t crowded, and the home itself was tucked away in a peaceful, secluded area with minimal traffic—yet still close enough to enjoy the city vibe when we wanted. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely Gorgeously Decorated. On the water side…steps from the beach. Has activities to do—cornhole, firepit, outside grill, outside dining and plenty of chairs all on beach sand! Very Clean! Phenomenal Hosts! Great Views. Steps to Mango Marley’s restaurant and very close to shops, ice cream, and coffee shop that has morning breakfast biscuits available. Pristine Properties is a 5 Star Service Management Company that knows how to care for its Guests, and they have multiple properties in the area for all kinds of different accommodation needs. Great Job!
*And if you worry about it being cool enough—this house is newer and the AC worked Fabulously! **Also if you worry about smells—this house smelled Divine!

Very relaxing stay. House was very clean, perfect size. Quiet location. Would definitely visit again. We had a couple of issues.The oven would not heat above 350 and very poor internet connection which could pose a problem if needed for work. Otherwise it’s was a fabulous stay

Our first trip to Mexico Beach and definitely won’t be our last! We had to change plans due to Hurricane Debby and were so glad we found Mexico Beach. The house and location were perfect! The house is beautiful, comfortable, quiet, clean, and just a short walk to the beach.

Loved the layout of the house! We took my mother- she had the downstairs bedroom while my husband and I had the upstairs bedroom (with its private balcony) Perfect for 3-4 people.

Such a cute little place! It was beautifully furnished and very very clean. Loved the private backyard. Close walk to the beach, which was quiet and pretty (loved the white sand and the clear water).
Beautiful kitchen, which is well-stocked with all that you need to cook all your meals during your stay. The screened in front porch as well as the upper level porch off of the master bedroom is really nice!
If I had to list any cons, it would be that the upstairs bedroom does not have its own door, so it doesn’t really serve as a private master bedroom (the TV is positioned where the person at the bottom of the stairs can see what you’re watching, and everyone can hear whatever is going on upstairs).
Also, the area is under construction, so the area outside of the house is still “up and coming.”
One more thing to note… It is a very secluded area without a lot of stores/restaurants nearby, so be sure to get all of your food and supplies in town prior to driving out to the house.

Absolutely love this house! It was the perfect size for our family of 5. The entire property was well kept and very clean. Kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of extra pillows/blankets. The beach is only a few steps away. We will definitely be staying here again!
