Roughly 200 steps from the sugar white sands sits Second Chance, a single family vacation home on the beach side of 98 in Mexico Beach.

Open concept on the main floor with coastal decor invites you in. After a fun day on the beach, gather in the living room to watch TV or play board games. The dining area accommodates 6 comfortably while the kitchen is spacious with everything you would need to cook meals during your stay. Features
include: upgraded stainless appliances, quartz counter tops & bar seating.

For those who prefer no steps, the 1st floor offers a master bedroom featuring a queen bed, walk in closet & TV. Living area is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa as well.

Master suite upstairs features king bed with ensuite bathroom & walk in closet. There's nothing more relaxing than sitting on the master deck sipping morning coffee or evening cocktails taking in a sunset. It's the perfect location to enjoy the Mexico Beach 4th of July fireworks!

Home also has a screened front porch & outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the sand. The fenced back yard offers privacy and a patio with table, chairs, and outside stand alone charcoal grill.

Carport & plenty of parking for those who want to bring their boat. The public boat launch is about half a mile away.

Within walking distance is a little bit of something for every craving: Mango Marley (Bar & Grill), Beach Pizza, Caribbean Coffee & Mexico Beach Sweets.

Time to unplug, unwind, and escape to where life seems to stand still long enough to catch your breath and make a couple of memories while you're at it. Second Chance, awaiting your next vacation!

Fell In Love w/Mexico Beach
Our first trip to Mexico Beach and definitely won’t be our last! We had to change plans due to Hurricane Debby and were so glad we found Mexico Beach. The house and location were perfect! The house is beautiful, comfortable, quiet, clean, and just a short walk to the beach.

Loved the layout of the house! We took my mother- she had the downstairs bedroom while my husband and I had the upstairs bedroom (with its private balcony) Perfect for 3-4 people.

Family Vacay
Beautiful house-everything you need. fenced in back yard for family fun & literally 3 min walk to beach. Great area, not congested but close to St Joe or Panama. Would def book again ?

Such a cute little place! It was beautifully furnished and very very clean. Loved the private backyard. Close walk to the beach, which was quiet and pretty (loved the white sand and the clear water).
Beautiful kitchen, which is well-stocked with all that you need to cook all your meals during your stay. The screened in front porch as well as the upper level porch off of the master bedroom is really nice!
If I had to list any cons, it would be that the upstairs bedroom does not have its own door, so it doesn’t really serve as a private master bedroom (the TV is positioned where the person at the bottom of the stairs can see what you’re watching, and everyone can hear whatever is going on upstairs).
Also, the area is under construction, so the area outside of the house is still “up and coming.”
One more thing to note… It is a very secluded area without a lot of stores/restaurants nearby, so be sure to get all of your food and supplies in town prior to driving out to the house.

Absolutely love this house! It was the perfect size for our family of 5. The entire property was well kept and very clean. Kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of extra pillows/blankets. The beach is only a few steps away. We will definitely be staying here again!

Answer:

Within Second Chance there is the main floor with the kitchen, living, dining area as well as one of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms.  On the second floor you have the master suite only with a private bathroom.

Is there a bbq grill at this home?
