This house was amazing. There was plenty of space for our family. The location to the beach was perfect for us. There were games and books, kitchen was well stocked with all the tools needed for meals cooked in- you will need to bring your own spices etc, the washer and dryer worked well and were very quiet in their own space. Television was easy to log in to our subscribed apps and internet worked well. Our only issue was the mosquitoes- they are brutal. We had to keep our doors shut to our bedrooms and go on mosquito hunts in the house before bed to keep from getting attacked in our sleep and we weren’t able to enjoy the porch or the backyard activities- this is not the fault of the property owner - but we mention this to recommend that you bring plenty of mosquito repellant and maybe citronella candles or outdoor spray if you want to spend time outdoors on the property. We look forward to future stays in this home.

We enjoyed staying at Amy’s place, but a couple things that would have improved our stay would have been a slightly later check out time. 9am is super early when you’re supposed to be on vacation. The amount of supplies provided was very little, especially for the amount of guests we had. And finally, there seemed to be so many rules and contracts. I’ve never stayed at another Airbnb with so many extra contracts I had to sign. I never truly felt at home, I felt like a property manager was always breathing down my neck. The beach is nice and clean though! (Although the closest beach is not dog friendly, we had to drive/walk half a mile down the road to get to the dog friendly beach)

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family vacation with lots of room for everyone. We enjoyed smores utilizing the firepit and some of the games available. The short walk to the beach was a key selling point and the outdoor shower a bonus. Some more essential supplies would have been nice such as paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. Also a later checkout time since we felt rushed. HOWEVER, we definitely hope to stay here again as Mexico Beach is where our mom grew up and she loved being "home."

Excellent: We loved the house! It was so comfortable. Close to the beach, the screened in back porch was so perfect for sitting and talking with my kids and grandkids. It was my grand-babies first beach trip (3 and 1 yr old) They had a blast. Mexico Beach is so peaceful. We sure hated to leave but look forward to booking the same house next year as soon as we get settled back in at home and come to an agreement on the dates.

Great place, lots of space. Very clean and peaceful neighborhood. My issue was with the garbage, there was not extra garbage bags (just the 1 already in the trash can) and the dumpsters were broken to the point where you could not latch/secure them at all. Other than the trash, everything was great. We really appreciated the fenced in yard and loved the screened in porch too.

Peaceful clean location: Clean, very responsive. Great place for small group or family. My group was all on motorcycles so even though driveway was loose gravel (I was not a fan), we still had the cement pad to park on. Will look into booking here again on the next ride up.

As the title says, this is seriously the best vacation home I've ever stayed in... and I've stayed in 5 just in the last 3 months. It was amazingly stocked, with just about everything that you need, and more. The rooms are very good sized and extremely homey. There are dressers and clothes hampers (which is not common in airbnbs but incredibly handy). Seriously, this felt like home away from home. We were here for 3 weeks with 4 adults, 3 kids, and 2 dogs and didn't have a single complaint. The neighbors were nice, the fenced-in yard was amazing, and the short walk to the beach was the cherry on top. Don't waste another second looking for a place in Mexico Beach, this is the one! We'll be back year after year for sure.
