The house was great. Only complaint is that the floors could have been cleaned better. Overall happy with the house. First beach day was great, water was perfect. Biggest complaint, no fault of the host, is that there was a heavy rain storm and the canal backed up (best guess) so they were pumping a massive amount of water from the canal into the ocean. The beach smelled and the water was brown. Went west of the canal and the beach and water was great!

So close to the beach. Very clean. It would have been nice to have a few extra blankets, which there were none. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

Great place to stay in Mexico Beach. Plenty of parking if you bring a boat. Don't forget to bring a hair dryer and beach towels, otherwise the unit has everything you need.

Loved the location and how close it was to walk to the beach. The house fit our needs and we loved the openness of it having our toddler with us. Our only hangup was the uncertainty of the availability of beach items provided (chairs, wagon, etc.). Though it was in the description and we knew that when we booked, we wished we could have known for sure to make packing our car easier since we brought our own wagon in case and ended up not needing it because one was actually provided. Overall, we were able to make lots of different memories on our first family vacation!
