I would recommend this place to stay . Very easy to check in and out very clean and up to date on furnishings . Love to be able to park under a carport . Made unloading and loading so much easier. Outside showers and easy access to the water hose to wash beach gear off. And grill and outside seating.

Second year coming to this house. The location of the house is great, only a few minutes' walk to the beach. The house has everything you need for a basic stay/living. It was clean and super organized. We'll suggest 2 things: a vacuum; sometimes there is sand everywhere, and the broom didn't help much. Cleaning the room in the garage where the beach paraphernalia is: lots of broken and rusty chairs, beach umbrellas. Overall, we love this place: the house, the beach, and the sunset.

Our family feedo: Thank you for the stay – the home is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained, and the proximity to the beach is a big plus. The only downside was the very early check-out and the strict, paid extension policy, which we don't usually encounter in other rentals. Overall, we had a very positive experience.

Summer family trip: The place was very clean, spacious, very good location. Loved that they had samples of some of the necessities as most condos do not (detergent, dryer sheets, dish soap, dishwasher pods, etc). Some spots on floor could use redoing but not a deal breaker. Need a chair on top balcony. Overall I would book again.

Shore Beats Work: Property is located close to beach access, however, it is right on highway 98 which can be loud at times. I found the home to be clean with the exception of the shower caddies which were not clean and a sheet pan that had baked food on it. Understanding the impact on the environment, the management co reuses hand soap containers, but does not clean them. This was somewhat gross to me and needs to be revaluated by the owner. Beds were comfortable and the HVAC kept us cool. Unit has been pleasantly updated.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this beautiful property tucked away on a very quiet plot of land. The pictures truly do not express the full beauty of the house! We only spent 2 night here but definitely feel like we will be booking again soon.

My husband and I enjoyed several days staying here in Mexico Beach. The home and furnishings are beautifully decorated and very clean. I liked that there were recliners in the living area as i have back issues and sometimes have to sleep upright.The walk to the beach was not bad because you have the road to get you to the sand. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. My only complaint is there was no iron and ironing board. Other than that, everything was perfect.

SBW was a great place to stay. The location was perfect, there was plenty of space and a lot of amenities. We enjoyed the views, the beach toys and the convenience of walking to restaurants/food trucks, stores and the beautiful beach. First time at Mexico Beach. We had a cousin reunion this past week and needed something that was within walking distance to the beach. This unit fit the bill on that part. We had bonus features of beach chairs and wagon available to us. The car port was also a nice feature as it kept the car out of the hot Florida sun. We had to call on management just two times and both times the problems where solved The rooms where nice size and the bathrooms where very nice. The linen and towels were of high quality (to our taste). The kitchen was well equipped with everything. We did need to buy trash bags, but we were told in advance that there was a limited supply. The unit had an outside shower - even with hot water- to rinse off before entering in the unit. That was so nice. The unit sits right off a busy road so a noise cancellation machine u it s a good idea if u have small ones who need naps Thank you Amy for such a great place to stay.

Great place to relax. Short walk over to Mango Marley's for drinks and dinner when you just don't feel like cooking, and only steps from Beach Access. We used it as a launching point to play tacky tourist and visit Port St. Joe, PC, and Apalachicola. It is in a very tight "old school" beach community, so you don't have a lot of space to sprawl out. Yet, we'd go back again!

First time at Mexico Beach. We had a cousin reunion this past week and needed something that was within walking distance to the beach. This unit fit the bill on that part.
