Perfect location. Close to downtown area! Amazing pool and very clean

Great stay at Simple Pleasures. We hit a snag with check-in, but nothing major and property management was very responsive. The house was incredibly clean and exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed the pool and being within a short walk of downtown. Will definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect beach house for our young family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds and having a private pool right in back. Host was very responsive to minor concerns that came up over the week. Despite being on the main road, this was very quiet and peaceful. We had a great time 10/10 would recommend and book again!

This condo was the perfect place for a long weekend. It was spotless and had plenty of room for everyone. We walked to get coffee every morning and we walked to dinner one night, having that option was wonderful. We’ll definitely keep this place stayed so we can come again!

I wish I could include videos. This home is situated directly on a four lane highway that was under heavy construction all day every day of our stay. Welcome to waking up to the sound of heavy traffic, jackhammers and concrete being ripped up. Impossible to relax by pool or relax at all. Washing machine did not drain. We actually had to leave a sopping wet load of our own laundry in washer to meet check out time. Otherwise, house is very clean, beds were comfortable. Beach towels are provided but you’ll need to bring your own cart, beach chairs and umbrella. If you’re an early riser that plans to not spend much time in house or by pool it’s perfect. It’s a really great house. If you are looking to relax, keep looking. They did give us an extra night free or offer 200 off. We took the extra night since it stormed all of our first day and they were very nice. Just think needs to be disclosed it’s on a loud busy highway.

This place was great! Being able to walk to the cute nearby boutiques and restaurants was fun. The beaches on Cape San Blas and St Joe are stunning with white sand and only about a 10 to 15 minute drive. Our little pup, a Maltipoo, Luke, was able to be with us everywhere, which was so great! He enjoyed beach time & getting a pup cup at the nearby ice cream shop! The pool was so relaxing in the afternoons and to have it all to our selves at this cute cottage, was awesome! This kitchen was well stocked and even had a keurig. Smart TVs in every room! Well kept, clean, and the management company sunshine vacation rentals were great about communication and quick to address questions we had. Very cute cottage and comfortable. There’s a nice sized fenced in back yard so Luke could be off leash and play with his ball. We can’t wait to come back!

This was a wonderful home, and I wish I could’ve given it 5 stars, but a few ongoing issues prevented that. We had a great time in Port St. Joe—my dogs loved the yard, and we spent hours relaxing poolside. The property is managed by a company that was reachable by phone, but none of the issues were resolved during our stay:1) No dish soap was provided—I called Tuesday morning (we arrived Monday), but none was delivered before we left Saturday.2) The fridge water filter was so overdue that neither water nor ice worked.3) The dishwasher filter appeared uncleaned and had a noticeable odor.4) I confirmed in advance that the pool would be usable (not heated was fine), but it wasn’t maintained as stated (Tuesdays & Fridays), and the filtration system wasn’t working; the pump ran 24/7.Some recommendations for the property team that did not affect our stay or review:-Dishcloths to wipe down counters-Drying rack for inside the sink-Hooks for pool towels (we used the kitchen stools)-2–3 throw blankets-Lid for the indoor kitchen trash-Keurig cups—this makes a big difference and adds a personal touch-Sharpen knives-Check the garbage disposal (there may be a small stone in it; this was present before our arrival)-Tighten the bathtub water handle
