My family really enjoyed our time at the house. Neighborhood is really friendly, house is great, pool is nice. Little walk to the beach but it wasn’t very far. Overall great stay!

Beautiful house! Pictures are accurate! Great rental company as well. They answered all my questions and they were very helpful. Just a short walk or ride to the beach! Pool was great for the kids! Only downside is the parking does not accommodate 2 cars. You can't park on the street and if your lucky enough to fit two cars they have too be parked at a weird angle. That was the only issue I had.

This house is clean and smells so good. The kitchen has everything you need, they even give you enough soap, dishwasher soap, and trash bags to get started. Check-in was so easy. The house is exactly as pictured and felt larger than expected. This place is a 10/10!

The home was cozy, roomy, clean and we enjoyed our time on the back patio area in the mornings and grilling in the evenings! The neighborhood was calm and quiet. We were so close to the beach and small beach town shops and food trucks. I would definitely recommend this home to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach town of Mexico Beach, Florida!☀️🌴

Amy was 100 percent responsive and the house was beautiful, clean, and had everything you needed. She provided extra essentials and the house was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Excellent: This is our second time, in as many years, coming to Mexico Beach and to one of the 4 properties the owners have on the block. Always clean, the kids love golf cart rides, the beach is never packed, and we will probably be back for a third time next summer. Thank you guys!

The house is beautiful and having a neighborhood pool was great! We rented the golf cart with the house and didn’t have good luck with that- it doesn’t have a Florida tag so can’t go on or cross hwy 98- we didn’t know that and got pulled over. The policeman was nice enough to give a warning but it could have been an $1100 fine! The next day the golf cart died and we had to push it home so that wasn’t great- but our golf cart fee is being refunded so it’s fine! Overall our stay was great!! The place is pristine for being dog friendly!

We arrived late but that was no trouble. The house was very clean and everything was perfect. This was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation home. A very short drive to the public beach, shops and restaurants. My family and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thanks for a short but much needed beach trip!

We stay at airbnbs once a month at least for our boys travel sports and had to stay in many in 2023-24 due to our house flood/rebuild and her place was by far the cleanest, decluttered, peaceful airbnb to date for us. She even accommodate a later check out because we were up most of the night due to bad weather watch. Cannot say enough this place and the host. We will book again.

Enjoyed our stay, home is comfortable, neighborhood is pleasant and pool was 5 min walk. Only issue was that grill wasn't in usable shape and will be fixed, but thats it. The listing is as described and photos are still accurate. The area is a nice getaway, very private. Planning on returning.

This was our first trip to Mexico Beach and we loved it! We decided to bring our dog at the last minute, and I contacted Amy. She took car of everything with extra dog bags in place- we brought our own-and very clean house with a great walk in shower! We were able to check in a little earlier with Amy’s help. Amy was very friendly and jumped in to assist once we got into down. I would recommend this house and host all day long!

Great new, clean house, well decorated and comfortable. The backyard was a pleasant, private place to relax. The community pool was heated and a quick walk from the house. Overall it was a great place to stay for our family! This was our first time in Mexico Beach and though the house was dog friendly, we were unaware that dogs were not allowed on the beach directly by the house. It was nice to have the golf cart, but we realized there were limited places to drive it to. It was still helpful to get to the beach as there were not consistent sidewalks the whole way from the house.

The house is beautiful and having a neighborhood pool was great! We rented the golf cart with the house and didn’t have good luck with that- it doesn’t have a Florida tag so can’t go on or cross hwy 98- we didn’t know that and got pulled over.
