We loved our stay at 209 Summerhouse. The condo was so nicely decorated and very comfortable. The location is perfect. Beach directly across the street with unrestricted views and direct access. Can walk to shops and restaurants. Pool and hot tub. Highly recommend booking this condo.

This condo is so comfortable. It really is a perfect little retreat from home. The pool and hot tub is amazing and the beach in front of the condo is absolutely stunning. We will definitely be back!

I would not hesitate to pull the trigger on booking this Condo! Pictures do not do it justice. Place was clean and comfortable. I traveled with my 14yr old triplets and they were very complimentary of the size of the unit and how nice it was inside. They made the comment more than once that the place felt like home.

Nice to stay somewhere that exceeded expectation. We enjoyed all the room to spread out and the well stocked kitchen. Beachy decor with easy access to the beach just across the street and pool on the same floor as the unit. Quiet, comfortable and roomy. Coffee and a few other small shops, food trucks, Sunset Park, pickleball courts, etc within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. Would have liked to find an option for recycling onsite.

Our condo was so clean when we arrived! We had fresh towels, soap/shampoo, and starter supplies (laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper) that helped our stay be more comfortable. We did have a tiny issue with unlocking the door with the keypad, but it was resolved with a phone call! We enjoyed the area, and we will absolutely be back!

I booked the location based on the pool and hot tub, but they were closed. Pristine apologized and said we could use another property. we checked it out, and the hotbtub was out of order. The condo is beautiful and well maintained. We stayed at the beach Instead of the pool.

We certainly can understand your disappointment about the pool closure. We are working to get a better line of communication with the HOA of this complex so we're not in the dark about things like this in the future.

We loved the condo and proximity to the beach. Our favorite was setting on the balcony listening to the waves at night. Only things we noticed that good be improved upon are 1. No dish soap to hand was dishes, no paper towels, extra trash bags to replace after taking trash out, no extra toilet tissue (with kids this was needed), and the fire alarm that went off twice at 3am!

We're glad you had a great time.  The fire alarm issue is part of the central system for the entire building and according to the building's HOA is being addressed.  The items we provide for reservations are not intended to be the only items needed but rather a starter so that everyone has something when checking in.  We are making some changes to these items in the coming weeks and we appreciate your feedback.

The condo was amazing and the view of the sunset was breathtaking!  We are so glad to be able to give back to this local community after the hurricane.  It was amazing to see everyone come together!  We're so thankful for the memories we made here and the sense of home this condo and Mexico Beach gave us!  We'll treasure every memory and can't wait to visit again!

This was a very new and fresh space, only a short walk across the road to the beach. Very comfortable and spacious. Seaside balcony was not really quite ocean view but was a comfortable spot for coffee and catching the sea breeze. The location was central to town and all points of interest. We did experience some difficulties with the door lock but hopefully that has been resolve. Very pleasant stay.

Too many rules... and you will be quickly reminded. The place was empty, maybe 15% of the parking was used, but I was not allowed to have my kayak next to my truck. Pool needs to be heated, too cold to swim. No place to put kayak or any beach items, except bicycle.

Please keep in mind 100% of the condo complexes in Mexico Beach have rules about parking, items in hallways/parking areas, etc.  For those looking for a little more freedom we would recommend renting a single family home.
