We loved "The Sandy Beach House!" It was super clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach was about 3 minutes. So convenient as we were surf fishing and had lots of stuff to carry back and forth. The kitchen is well stocked and made cooking very easy. We were grateful for the fenced in backyard. It was perfect for our small dog and she enjoyed wandering around back there. We felt safe and secure as there are cameras and the house is on a no-outlet street. You can easily walk to the little row of shops for ice cream, Two Gulls beach shop, coffee shop and restaurants. We are so glad we found this awesome house and will be back in the future!

No beach views but house is on a quiet street just a 2 minute short walk to the beach. Super clean! They had all the beach stuff we needed including a cooler, wagon, chairs and toys. Has four bikes that we used (they were in rough shape but we rode them to get ice cream). Within walking distance to a coffee shop, ice cream and the Beach Bear restaurant. Awesome stay, we will definitely be back!

Very open and user-friendly layout. Well-maintained and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you could need to cook anything. Dining area is great for meals and games. The living room is cozy. Furnityre is in good conditiin.Bedrooms are nicely-sized. Bathrooms are clean, modern and roomy.The fenced-in backyard made this trip so easy. Great to hang outside with our dog.Location provides view of ocean at end of driveway. Beach is 2 blocks down the street. Several small businesses nearby provide food, drinks and sweets.Great place. There were only 4 of us, but 6 people could be very comfortable.

This was the perfect location for a quiet beach trip. The house was all one level which works great for aging parents. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dog. The beach, coffee shop, food trucks and a local playground were all a short walk. Even with nearby construction it was a peaceful spot. I definitely recommend for multi-generation families traveling together.

Very comfortable accommodation, with just about everything we needed. Our friends stayed in the master, and we stayed in the front bedroom. Only improvement (and reason for not being 5 stars) would be room darkening shades or curtains in the front guest bedroom. The sun comes right into that room in the morning. Otherwise, perfect for our friends and us and our fur-kiddos!

House has fully equipped kitchen. Lots of glasses, plates, ect. Extra blankets. Quiet location. Friendly neighborhood. All floors are tile, making cleaning easy. Loved the fenced in back yard. House is in excellent condition. Beach is a block and a half away. Sunsets on the Beach were gorgeous! We had a very enjoyable stay!

We had a great time. The necessities (coffee and pizza) were a 2 minute walk, the very pretty beach was also a 2 minute walk, and our puppy enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Our kids loved having their own bedrooms. We’ll be happy to return!

This place was amazing. The house was set up great. Lots of dishware, glasses pots and pans in the kitchen. Open concept house. Bedrooms far enough apart for privacy. Counter top Ice maker a plus. The yard was fenced which was a big plus with our dog. The beach was close, and items for the beach were in the shed. Thanks for the great time !!!

Nice ground level home one block off the beach but close walk. (No stairs!) Very clean and nicely decorated for a beach vacation. Several TVs. Outside hose and shower to rinse salt and sand off. Plenty of beach space as beach access is only homes and no public parking or multi-family structures. House is pet friendly but pets are not allowed on the beach.
