Everything was beautiful, clean, and cozy. Short walk to the beach and we enjoyed grilling and cooking at home while relaxing by the pool with family. Being able to bring our dogs there made it that much better.

Watershed Cottage was exactly as described in the listing. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location—just one block from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted.One of our favorite features was that the cottage is all on one level, making it very convenient and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway.The pool was also a nice bonus. It wasn’t too big or too small—just the right size for cooling off and enjoying some time outside. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Watershed Cottage to others looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

We stayed at Watershed for the month of January. The location is ideal - at the end of a dead end street, yet close to the beach. We loved having a deck in back for enjoying the sun for morning and afternoon coffee and the screened in porch in front for evening visits. It was too cold to use the pool, but I’m sure it’s very enjoyable in summer months. What really stood out were the quality and selection of kitchen items, including knives that were actually sharp. Dishwasher and washing machine were also nice. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood quiet. Property is a hidden gem.

We have stayed at many houses at many different beaches, from 30A to Cape San Blas. This was by far one of our favorite houses we have stayed it. Just the little details the owners had to make it a great stay with our two younger kids and little Yorkie. Short walk to the beach and added bonus having a nice pool. Can’t wait to stay here again!

It was a joy to stay at Amy’s place. The home was exceptionally clean, well-decorated, and cozy. The kitchen was well-appointed. We enjoyed coffee on the screened-in porch. Had it not rained, we would have enjoyed the lovely fire pit area. The landscaping was immaculate—the best on the whole street. The street was quiet, with exception to some construction. The beach was only a short walk away. We did have to cross a busy road. We did have difficulty entering the home upon arrival as the smart lock battery was dead. The issue was resolved in about an hour after contacting the rental company. It occurred again the next day, but was resolved albeit on their timeline. This was frustrating as we could not leave the house without leaving it unlocked. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend Watershed Cottage!

We absolutely loved the Watershed Cottage, I wish I could have just picked it up to bring it home with me! The house was fully furnished with everything we needed for our week visit to Mexico Beach. Plenty of space for my family, with spacious rooms and it was SO clean! Steps away from the beautiful beach, a short drive to local restaurants & yummy ice cream shops or visit the local marina to get fresh shrimp or fish to cook on the grill at the house. Will definitely be back & highly recommend staying at the Watershed Cottage! Thank you for sharing your little slice of Heaven with us!

Watershed cottage: Watershed Cottage was very nicely furnished and extremely well kept. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The cottage is located at the very end of a dead end street which meant no thru traffic. You can walk to the beach ( about a 5 min walk) or just drive and be there in a min and unload right at the beach walk way. My favorite thing though was the beautiful outside porch lights. We will rent again.

Great place!: My wife and I really enjoyed this property. The house was ultra-clean, almost like new. The living area and kitchen were spacious and with three bedrooms, the place could handle six people easily. A lot of really nice touches from the bathroom/showers to motion lights on the steps. Short walk to the beach (3 blocks), however, Mexico Beach does not allow dogs on the beach but it was an easy drive (~1.5 miles) to St Joe Beach where dogs are allowed on the beach. Please be aware there are still hurricane damaged homes around Mexico Beach so there are some overgrown homes nearby and a lot of construction going on but for us it was not a problem at all. We highly recommend this place and plan to stay here again on our next trip to MB.

We want to let you know how wonderful this house is and how super satisfied we are with all it has to offer. You did an amazing job, or someone did with every little detail. It is a beautiful home and is so comfortable. We have rented many vacation homes in numerous areas over the years and this is by far one of the nicest homes we have stayed at. The location is so great, close to the beach and still so quiet. We only arrived on Sunday and are still exploring the area and have found many areas for walking, hiking and biking. Tomorrow we will check out the golf course. The beach is by far one of the most beautiful, with the soft white sand and no crowds!
