Ill send a message to Pristine Properties to check for some things I noticed. Otherwise the house was in close proximity to the pool and beach access point as advertised. The stay was good other than a couple things I will discuss with them.

Very Good

Lots of families and close to the pool. The beach wasn't scraped when the seaweed built up like Mexico Beach. The house needed a few things to make it more enjoyable: 1) hooks in all the bedrooms and bathrooms; 2) ceiling fans and mirrors in the other bedrooms; 3) hooks outside for drying wet towels and bathing suits; 4) privacy fence panels around the outside shower: 5) blackout shades/curtains in all of the bedrooms. Also need a broom and dust pan.

One word "AWESOME"

I had the pleasure of staying at this vacation home the first week in January. Best start to my new year. The house is beautifully furnished and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. There's a pool, walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants near by. I ventured off to Panama city which is approximately a 50 min drive. I will definitely return to take advantage of the amenities that are available during the summer months.
