Floor Plan: 1st level-Bedroom 1 - master bedroom with queen bed and full bath with double vanities, his/her closets, garden tub and stand-up shower. The master bedroom also has a great view of the pool deck and Gulf of Mexico with sliding glass doors entering onto patio; Bedroom 2 - two twin beds. Living Area - large kitchen with bar seating, dining area, Full Bath with stand-up shower; living room with sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub area as well as the Gulf of Mexico.
NOTE: Trailer parking is not allowed on site. Trailers must be parked in the public parking lot just over the bridge leaving Mexico Beach on the right. Rules and regulations for this parking can be found on The City of Mexico Beach's website, click here.

Worst experience with the property, not the specific condo. Had 3 beach umbrellas & 6 beach chairs delivered the day we arrived, they had our name & condo number written on them. Came down the next day & found they had been "stolen". This is our 17th year to MB & never had anything touched....I was responsible for the items ($1800 worth of property) according to the rental company. Police were called & took our statement. On Monday, the beach rental company actually called to say they found them -in the property's dumpster. The property maintenance person admitted he threw the items away because nothing was to be left outside your door or in the parking garage unattended. I guess I signed something when we rented the condo but what a jerk for throwing all those items away while our name & condo number was listed on the items, as well as the rental company's phone number. The same gentleman told our group to quit bringing sand in with us from the beach because sweeping it "causes him extra work". I will not

While the HOA at Paradise Shores does have specific rules regarding personal items being left or placed in common areas, there is no reason that violations cannot be handled in a much better way. Pristine Properties does not endorse handling situations as described in this review and we have voiced our displeasure to the management company of the HOA along with a request to figure out a better way to handle situations like this in the future. While situations like this are not a common occurrence at Paradise Shores it is completely understandable the frustration this guest felt.
We loved the location of the condo! It had plenty of cooking supplies ( pots and pans), it was very spacious. Toucans being across the street was awesome, the noise from the tiki bar on Thursday and Friday was not an issue!!!! We will be coming back for sure!
